Breast Surgery Inquiry

Hello,

I am 29 years old and would like to slightly lift my nipples, as they sag a little. I had a consultation in Brno, but the doctor told me I would have a vertical scar, which I do not want. Is it possible to perform this procedure only around the nipples, for example by removing skin above them? I am satisfied with the shape and size of my breasts.
